I’d hate for you to think that all I’m doing these days is running, although I did start week two of my half-marathon build-up this morning. I’m glad I did, because most of the rest of my day involved chowing down on some amazing food. Yup, it was From Scratch day. Since Jennie had opted for a dessert project, she cooked lunch for us to enjoy before we got started. It was some of the best lasagna I’ve ever had teamed with garlic bread and a salad filled with farmers’ market finds, and it was delicious.
