The first planting of carrots is up. Greens and peas are thriving. Broccoli and cabbage are just hanging out and trying to decide if they want to grow or not. Chives, tarragon, and sage have been divided to propagate new plants. The two varieties of thyme, which I had about given up on, are showing new growth. During the next month or two I’ll be deciding what transplants to buy from local plant sales and the farmers market. It’s been pouring rain all day, so new pictures will have to wait. Won’t be long before I can show off my first garden fresh salad of the year as well!
